The online community platform provides effective and efficient connection to engaged communities. Held on consecutive days with approximately 30mins per participant per day (Actual time of day is up to each participant):
Across three days, moderators scan, probe and prompt responders to ensure research objectives are met and capture strategic insight.
Participants spend more time in the online community to give in-depth individual feedback first and then interact with the moderator and other participants to complete tasks / share opinions.
Moderators interact with each participant to ensure that all the questions are thoroughly answered and ask follow-up questions as needed for clarity.
Clients can observe the whole community, read and follow consumers’ responses in real time.
The online tool enables feedback from consumers in different geographic locations and / or when work/life responsibilities would not otherwise allow participants to be involved (i.e. when using set times such as focus groups).
Participants can join the online community research platform anywhere at any time that suits them (they can be at home, work, café, public transport = when and where its suits their time in the day).
It allows inclusion of a larger sample in one collective community – yet allows targeting sub-groups as if in isolation – to avoid running a multiple segment specific qualitative session.
The online community discussion will have pre-set daily tasks/questions that cover all research objectives set in the brief and as agreed during project set-up. These tasks can be assigned to all participants in the community or separately to a specific type/sub-segment.
It is critical to dig deeper into individual responses to gain additional insight and clarification by directly interacting with each participant. Depending on the responses of each participant to each task/question, our experienced moderators will probe for more information on any task response using public (viewed by all participants) or private comments (individual solely) in the stream of topic discussion to address the objectives.
We can edit or add on new activities on the fly as insights are uncovered and as research evolves for each segment
