newfocus has a research field team of 40+ staff who are all trained and accredited interviewers. For telephone interviews we use our Adelaide in-house communications centre headed up by our National Operations Manager and supervising staff. The centre is accredited to the industry quality standard, ISO 20252, and team members are trained to these standards.
We were one of the first market research companies in Australia to set up ISO standards (formerly ISO 9001:2000) well before the industry commenced this trend as we recognised the need for high quality data collection. As a member of The Research Society newfocus abides by the Code of Professional Behaviour https://researchsociety.com.au/standards/code-of-professional-behaviour and strictly adheres to the Market & Social Research Privacy Code.
The newfocus team conducts a wide range of projects. Each project is managed individually and the field team are committed to that project.
To us it is not just having the capabilities to do the project, we treat each client and project personally and not just as a number of interviews. Some of the newfocus core team of interviewers have been with us since our incorporation and truly understand research and take ownership of its outcome. Ten percent of all interviews are validated by the on-site supervisor in line with ISO standards.
Our interviewers are flexible in the timing of interviews and generally conduct interviews between 8.30am and 8.30pm. If required interviews can be conducted earlier or later (if agreed with the respondent). Interviews are conducted on both weekdays and weekends, depending upon requirements.
